How do I enroll for a CEDAR class?

**Current CEDAR students fill out the application form, have it notarized and send it with check (or bring it in on Tuesday, March 27, 2012) then skip to Step #3


Step 1 – Apply to become a CEDAR student: Fill out the 2012 CEDAR Application and mail in your $50.00 non-refundable application fee to CEDAR 2460 NW 108th Drive, Coral Springs, FL  33065.  An application  form and fee must be submitted for each student.  All checks made payable to CEDAR. The mailing address is found on the application form.  Application fees will not exceed $90.00 per family.


Step 2 – Interview with CEDAR directors: Once you submit an application you will be  contacted you to arrange a face to face visit with CEDAR directors.  Upon acceptance as a CEDAR student you will be eligible to register for classes.  Placement tests will be emailed directly from the instructor and due by March 20th.


Step #3 - Register for Classes:


1. Fill out the 2012-2013 Registration Form


2. Applicants will be notified via e-mail that their request has been received and approved.  Once a class is full, an applicant will be placed on a waiting list. All classes are subject to cancellation based on enrollment.


3. To secure a student’s place in a class, a non-refundable $100.00 tuition deposit  is due to the instructor for each class by April 17th.  Please make checks payable to the individual instructor or to CSI for the Science classes. Please mail the deposit to the teacher (the teacher’s address is provided for you under the course description as well as instructor tab under their bio).  The remaining balance for each class will also be paid directly to the instructor and is due no later than August 2nd. Lab fees will also be due by August 2nd. Tuition refunds are generally not available, unless a class is canceled due to lack of interest.
