(Designed for 7th and 8th grade students) This course gives middle school students an opportunity to explore a variety of science topics and laboratory investigations. It will focus on how science works from a biblical perspective emphasizing the use of basic science process skills to make thoughtful conclusions. Topics covered will include: Foundational Science, Scientific Method, Documenting Results, Scientific Analysis, Astronomy, Geology, Paleontology, Meteorology, Oceanology, General Chemistry, General Physics, Life Science, General Biology, Marine Science, Environmental Science, and Rube Goldberg Machines. Students who complete the course in due diligence and complete the assignments will be prepared to go to Physical Science.
