Language Arts
Course ID: 1002
This Literature/ Language Arts class is a balanced literacy program in which sixth and seventh grade students are challenged in several aspects of literature and language. The class is designed to highlight areas in Grammar, Writing, Reading, Spelling, Vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills. Students will explore these different traits of the literacy program by introducing and focusing on literature. The students will be working on reading comprehension skills, literacy discussions, creative writing projects, and developing a love of reading.
