Spanish II
Spanish II meets the state requirements for the second year of Spanish high school instruction. Students continue to further develop and improve listening, speaking, reading and writing skills while building on the foundation they obtained in Spanish 1. In addition to written/oral tests and quizzes, students are assessed using a variety of formats: oral dialogues, presentations, written compositions and other means. They will continue memorizing Scripture passages to broaden their vocabulary and prepare them to share the gospel with native Spanish-speakers. Average students should expect to spend about 4-5 hours a week outside of the classroom on their assignments for this class.
Prerequisites: Spanish I with a grade of 85 or better, Spanish 2 Placement Test 2022
